Key changes, approvals, data exports and logins are all logged and searchable by time and user.

The whole site uses HTTPS encryption; storage, backups and access follow security measures planned around the system architecture.
How AI uses data
AI reads data only within each user's permissions and never shares sensitive data across them; changes require human confirmation and are logged.
Backups, retention and termination
Before the service ends you can export your data; backups, restores, retention and deletion follow the terms of service and your contract.
